Design and build of a 1,000m² warehouse incorporating concrete tilt panel boundary walls and a 16.5m high adaptable roof structure to accommodate state-of-the-art manufacturing machinery.
Scope of Work
Incorporating Concrete Tilt Panel walls on two boundary sides allowed for complete utilisation of available land space. Logistics of constructing and sheeting 16m high walls and roof sections seamlessly was a consideration right from the design phase. Our specialist riggers planned everything to a tee in conjunction with weather forecasts to safely complete this project. This towering structure is now part of the company’s critical manufacturing infrastructure.

NWSM was engaged to Design and Build a 1,000m² warehouse to expand Westbuild Products’ manufacturing operations and accommodate state-of-the-art machinery. The structure featured Concrete Tilt Panel walls on two boundary sides, and a 16.5m high section with an adaptable roof structure designed to accommodate specialised stack machinery critical to the client’s manufacturing process.
