Cyclonic Warehouse for Industrial Client
Overview

Design, fabrication and supply of a 21m x 33m skillion warehouse structure with performance solutions for Kununurra's extreme seasonal conditions.

Scope of Work

Designing the structure to accommodate the existing fire-rated boundary wall required precise engineering. Although Kununurra is classed as a Region B non-cyclonic area, it endures considerable Dry and Wet Seasons requiring high-performance design solutions — including roof and wall insulation, engineered stormwater management, and expansive automated shutter openings for ample access.

Integration with existing tilt panel boundary fire wall
Automated shutter openings up to 6.5m wide
Building stormwater management system for skillion roof
Awning sections for additional access protection
