Region D cyclonic design and fabrication of a 36m x 12m maintenance compound for the award-winning Karratha Golf Course, incorporating office, staff facilities and safe chemical storage.

Scope of Work

Region D Cyclonic Construction design and fabrication considerations are paramount to ensure the longevity of this local government build. Winner of 2024 Regional Golf Facility of the Year, completion will allow for greater efficiency of the maintenance team and contribute to the ongoing status of this outstanding regional club. NWSM will work closely with the builder to ensure timelines and performance targets are met, with completion targeted for October 2026.

Project Highlights

Jointly managed by the City of Karratha and the Karratha Country Club, NWSM's scope covers the Design, Engineering, and Fabrication of a 36m x 12m structure — 290m² of storage space, a dedicated office, staff room and toilet facilities, fertiliser storage in accordance with Safe Chemical Storage guidelines, and a mezzanine to maximise internal storage capacity.
