Cyclonic Workshop for Commercial Client
Overview

Design and fabrication of a 500m² cyclonic workshop with 230m² internal mezzanine and large-span sliding door access — engineered for one of WA's most extreme environments.

Scope of Work

A major consideration for the Exmouth region is the Cyclonic Category D design requirements. NWSM delivered an engineered structure accommodating gable end bays able to open via sliding doors, whilst maintaining ample internal space allowing for an expansive mezzanine system — not a small feat in Cyclonic wind regions requiring high wind load resistance. Strength is the Standard that comes with a structure from NWSM.

Project Highlights

NWSM's scope involved the Design and Fabrication of a large-scale workshop with ample storage and working space for Exmouth — one of WA's most remote and highest cyclonic wind category regions. The 500m² workshop features double stack sliding doors on both gable ends and one side, with 230m² of internal mezzanine floor area maximising usable space throughout the structure.
